Pricing & Fees

We offer both Residential and Small Business repair and consulting services. Below is our list of pricings for our services. Most of our Residential Services are a flat rate price for computers brought to us for service.

Residential Service

Virus, Spyware and Pop-Up Removal (Includes OS Update) Free installation of Anti-Virus and Spyware Software when purchased with service.	$75.00
Computer Restoration to Original Setup and Update OS. Complete re-format of Hard Disk. Re-Install all OS updates. Re-installation of original software from customer supplied disks.	$120.00
Drive Install & Test Installation of new or replacement CD-ROM, DVD-ROM or Hard Drive plus software.	$45.00
Internal Card Install Installation of internal modem, network card or video card and software. Testing included.	$40.00
Memory Installation Quickest way to improve computer's speed. Installation of new or additional RAM and testing.	$30.00
New PC or Laptop Setup (Includes OS Update) Setup NEW computer, accessories and install supplied software.	$50.00
Computer Diagnostic & Repair (Billed in 1/2 Hour Increments, 1 Hour Minimum) Also includes installation of one hardware device or software update/installation	$50.00 Per Hour
Residential Phone Support (Billed in 1/2 hour increments) Applies only to computer repair service via the phone.	$35.00 Per Hour
Service Call - Normal Hours (5-9pm M-F, 10am-5pm Sat) 20 Mile Limit (additional miles at $0.60/mile). Includes travel time to your location only. (Billed in 1/2 Hour increments, minimum of 1 hour charge.) NOTE: If gas prices exceed $4.00/gal minimum price increases to $35 **THERE IS NO SERVICE CALL CHARGE OR MINIMUM CHARGE FOR DROP OFF SERVICE**	$30.00 Per Hour $30 Minimum

Business Service

On-Site Business Service Call - Normal Hours (5-9pm M-F, 10am-5pm Sat) 20 Mile Limit (additional miles at $0.60/mile). Includes travel time to your location only. (Billed in 1/2 Hour increments, minimum of 1 hour charge.) NOTE: If gas prices exceed $4.00/gal minimum price increases to $50	$45.00 Per Hour $45 Minimum
On-Site Business Computer Maintenance Service Plan Includes all OS update installation, System Scan, and general PC Health Checks.	Call For Rates
Business Phone Support (Billed in 1/2 hour increments) Applies only to computer repair service via the phone.	$35.00 Per Hour

Other Fees

Cancellation Fee May also include a Travel Fee if outside our local service area (No fee if cancelled more then 24hrs in advanced)

Payments and Terms

Terms: We accept Cash, Check, VISA, MasterCard American Express, Discover or PayPal. Payment is Due in Full immediately upon completion of job. Established Business accounts will be billed for services. Local Sales Tax is not included in our pricing and is based on your zip code in Minnesota Please see Terms of Service for additional information.

We don't believe you should have to pay to find out something is truly broken! We guarantee our work for 15 days.
